Valley Tour (6-days) Wednesday: Arrive in San Jose. We will greet you at the airport and transport you to the Presidente Hotel. There will be a sort orientation on the way to the Hotel Thursday: Informative all Seminar, lunch, dinner at a restaurant offering a breathtaking view of San José. You'll hear from experts in real estate, banking, law, investment and more. Friday: Second day of the seminar. You'll hear from the rest of Costa Rica's best experts. Dinner at a restaurant offering a breathtaking view of San José. Saturday: Early morning city tour to view infrastructure (hospitals, university, a mall complex, U.S. Embassy, Hipermás market and some of the neighborhoods where Americans live). Tour continues to other areas where foreigners reside: Escazú, Santa Ana, San Antonio de Belén, Cariari, Alajuela, Heredia, Los Angeles de Heredia, and San Isidro de Heredia. Late lunch at La Cocina de Dońa Lela where youŹ savor authentic Costa Rican cooking. A visit to the town of Moravia. Return to San José. Free night. Sunday: Explore Grecia, know as "the cleanest city" in Costa Rica. Next, we'll go to the beautiful mountain town of Atenas, considered by National Geographic as having the "best climate" in the world. Finally, we'll eat a late lunch at "The Fiesta de Maiz" in La Garita de Alajuela where many foreigners live. Pacific Beach Tour (8-days) Saturday: Arrive in San Jose. We will meet you at the airport and transport you to the Presidente Hotel. There will be a brief orientation on your way to the hotel. Sunday: Leave for Quepos where you’ll stay at the beautiful Hotel Tres Banderas You’ll eat lunch at The Great Escape featuring their great fish tacos and more. In the afternoon you’ll view Manuel Antonio National Park - touted to be the best national park on the country. You’ll also meet a local realtor. Dinner will be at the hotel. Monday: The second stop is Dominical and Tortuga beaches where you’ll be staying at the Posada Tortuga. We’ll have lunch at the hotel and then go down the coast to the beautiful village of Ojochal. This area is really interesting. It just recently became accessible when the new costal highway was finished. Tuesday: Jaco Beach where you’ll stay at the beachfront Arenal Pacifico Lodge. You’ll tour the five star Marriott Los Sueńos resort, marina and golf course. You’ll also meet a local realtor. Finally, you’ll view one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world from a spectacular hilltop at the Hotel Villas Caletas. The view really has to be seen to believed. Wednesday: Return to San Jose, free afternoon and evening Thursday: Informative all Seminar, lunch, dinner at a restaurant offering a breathtaking view of San José. A few of the places to see are Escazu, Santa Ana in the Valley of the Sun, Grecia, Alajuela the country’s second largest city by the airport, Heredia, San José de la Montańa in an alpine-like setting, San Isido’s Switzerland-like setting and breathtaking views and Moravia. Lunch at La Cocina de Don Leyla, where you will savor the best of Costa Rica’s typical dishes. Free night. Sunday: Breakfast at the hotel. We’ll go on a tour to see where Americans reside, the University of Costa Rica, malls, hospitals, supermarkets and more. Monday: Transportation back to the airport.
